Jeffrey A. Schwartz 

Jeffrey A. Schwartz represents clients in all phases of civil litigation and trial work. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Schwartz represents clients in a variety of different civil matters including (but not limited to) Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Domestic Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Consumer Protection Litigation, Defamation, Unfair Trade Practices Act Violations, Deceptive Trade Practices Act Violations, Labor and Employment Litigation, Employment Discrimination, Landlord-Tenant Disputes, and other Tort/Contract Disputes. Mr. Schwartz also performs Appellate Work in State and Federal Courts.

When not practicing law, Mr. Schwartz can be found kayaking in Maine’s oceans and lakes, playing golf, skiing throughout New England, coaching ASA softball, running in the early morning hours, tuning Alpine race skis, and watching any televised St. Louis Cardinals baseball games.
